2. Environmental Policy

The following strategic objectives have been established to be pursued through the Environmental Management System (EMS):

  • To protect the environment that is affected by the operations and commercial activity.
  • To protect the environment including the prevention of pollution.
  • To explore every opportunity to demonstrate a positive impact on the environment in all activities.
  • To ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements related to the environment.

Resources

  • To minimise the generation of wastes from all the activities and operations.
  • To significantly reduce greenhouse gases from the activities and operations.
  • To reduce the contribution to human-induced Climate Change.

Environment

  • To remain committed to continuous improvement in all work practices.
  • To constantly demonstrate leadership, and nurture continuous improvement across EHLION Ltd.

3. Information Security Policy

EHLION Ltd. adopts an Information Security Management System (ISMS) which provides the following benefits to EHLION Ltd. and the client:

  • To provide peace of mind to the customer that information is managed in a safe manner
  • To implement a proactive approach to identify any potential risks related to information security and subsequently reduce the possibility of any incidents
  • To reduce the need to perform additional information security audits and penetration tests (hence reducing operating costs and time)

The following strategic objectives have been established to be pursued through the Information Security Management System (ISMS):

Long Term Vision

  • To establish honest and transparent relationships built on mutual trust.
    • To establish safeguards to prevent unauthorized and improper access to data including theft, abuse, misuse and any form of damage.

  • To constantly guide the employees to place a great emphasis on trust and integrity by protecting the interests and confidentiality of clients.

Compliance

  • To constantly comply with any applicable customer and/or legal requirements.

Improvement

  • To continually strengthen and improve the overall capabilities of the information security management system of EHLION Ltd.
